Age: A person must be of age 65 years or older.
Level of Care: A person must need the assisted living services offered at Glasswater Creek of Whitestown. Care services include activities of daily living (ADLs), which could be bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, medication management, and transferring. This will be determined by your doctor and our assessment process.
Income: Your income must be below $35,580 per year (2022) and you must qualify through a verification process completed through the community.
